He has appeared on radio and TV and made a brief appearance in the recent ‘Calendar Girls’ film. He currently divides his time working with schools on creating ‘heritage trails’, lecturing to schools, colleges and societies, and writing books and articles for magazines.

In the last three years Peter has worked with over 5,000 students from reception classes right up to sixth form Colleges, on a whole series of projects to do with art, design and business concepts.  At the same time Peter has developed his own business to include art exhibitions at events such as the BBC Good Homes Show and 2003 saw him open THE HEART of ART Gallery at the Lowry Centre in Manchester.
